Auto-ships
By selecting an Auto-ship with Athena’s you understand that you are joining one of our promo packages and that you will be billed immediately and every subsequent month, every other month, or every quarter, depending on the frequency of the specific package you selected, until you cancel your membership. The exact amount of the charges will depend upon the package you selected. You will be billed on or around the same day each month. You can cancel at any time by logging into your account and cancelling your Auto-ship. If you cannot or do not wish to access your account online, you can cancel at any time by calling Customer Service at (877-ATHENAS x28) or by sending an email to [email protected]. Your auto-ship will begin immediately. All charges will be identified as ATHENAS HOME NOVELTIES on credit card statement.
Minors Under the Age of 18
Athena’s does not intend to market any products or services to minors under eighteen (18) years of age. To ensure compliance with federal law, Athena’s does not knowingly gather or solicit data from minors under eighteen (18) years of age through our Sites for marketing purposes. By using the Sites, you represent that you are not under eighteen (18) years of age. If a child has provided us with personal information without parental/guardian consent, the parent/guardian should contact us to remove the information.
Termination
